Large, toasted slices of Ciabatta bread, topped with layer of fresh arugula, sliced Italian meat, and finished with Caprino stagionato. Served with sundried tomatoes, Mediterranean olives and fresh lemon. One crostino of each meat: prosciutto, hot capicola, and prosciuttini.
